Student Re-Enrollment Continues

Current SLLIS Parents,

Please take a moment to review the Re-Enrollment Letter of Intent which was originally sent home in student backpacks prior to Winter break.

In order to secure your child’s enrollment for the 2015-16 school year, please complete the form and return it no later than Friday, FEBRUARY 13th, 2015 to the Registrar.  SLLIS cannot guarantee that a space will be available for students whose form is not received by this deadline.  You must attach TWO updated proofs of residency. SLLIS requires two proofs of residency every academic year for each family.

If your child is NOT returning next year, please turn in the form marked appropriately.

If your family has a sibling that will be entering SLLIS next year, please request an enrollment application from the Enrollment Coordinator. These applications must be turned in by our March 2nd deadline to guarantee a sibling spot. Sibling applications received after the deadline become part of the general lottery.

Please submit two of the acceptable proof of residency documents listed below. Other documents will not be considered valid proofs of residency.

  • Lease or rent receipt
  • Home purchase agreement or mortgage document
  • An original or a copy of a recent utility bill (gas, water, electric, phone, waste management, etc.)
  • Social services documentation

SLLIS will accept two of the same type of document as long as the documents are recent (example: one water bill and one gas billed dated within 60 days of enrollment/reenrollment).

Please note that any document must be dated within 60 days of enrollment/reenrollment date. Any document older than 60 days at the time of enrollment/reenrollment will not be accepted.

Feel free to contact SLLIS Registrar Amanda Harris with questions at amanda.harris@sllis.org.
