Student Volunteers Leave their mark at SLLIS

On Saturday, August 30, student volunteers from Washington University’s Service Firstorganization visited our Pine and Papin locations to complete service projects at

each site. Have you noticed the improvements? Projects included playground clean-up,
and touch-up painting, bulletin board decorations, mural & classroom

painting, and much more. Pine hosted 50 volunteers and Papin hosted over 50 volunteers. SLLIS
owes its thanks to these generous Wash U students and to Facilities Manager Sylvia Evans, TSS Receptionist Blanca Murillo and TFS Parent Molly Koebbe for organizing the project and welcoming the volunteers to campus.
