TFS New Student Play Dates reminder

SLLIS TFS New Student Play Dates are on June 6th & 20th, July 14th & 18th, & August 11th. Saturday Play Dates are from 10 – 11:30 am and Wednesday Play Dates are from 5:30 – 7 pm.

The first play date is this Saturday from 10 – 11:30 am. You are invited to bring your new SLLIS TFS student to meet and get to know other incoming students and families of the SLLIS French School in a relaxed play setting.

These events are open to all current SLLIS TFS families, their students, and staff! Some will be on hand at each event to welcome you and help to answer questions you might have. This is a great opportunity your student-to-be to meet some of their classmates and for you to meet new & existing parents that can help you know what to expect at SLLIS!

What should I bring?

  • You and your children (siblings are welcome too)!
  • There is plenty of room to run around and equipment for the children to play on, they should dress appropriately for a physical time in the sun. There is a fountain so you may want to bring extra clothes in case they get wet.
  • It’s a good idea to bring water for your student as it can get hot.

What about supervision?

This is not a drop-off event. Parents or an adult caregiver will be responsible for their children at these events.

Where are they?

The play dates will be held at the playground adjacent to the Forest Park Visitor’s Center at 5595 Grand Drive (In Forest Park, not on Grand Ave.)

Please see this PDF flier for more information and directions to the location in Forest Park.
