No Club SLLIS over Spring Break

Due to the limited amount of Spring Break Club SLLIS registrations turned in, Club SLLIS will not be running during Spring Break.

For families that need care, here are some options:

1. The Saint Louis Science Center is running their Holiday Camp the same week.

2. Many interns were interested in working at Club SLLIS over the spring break, so Lisa will encourage the families who need care to contact them for care that would happen in their own homes.

3. TLC for Kids is a temp. agency for babysitters. It is a bit pricy, but if you are a parent in need of care, it is a reliable service.

4. Some YMCAs may offer childcare, especially if they are located near a district that is off during the same week as SLLIS. Contact your local YMCA for more information.

Feel free to forward questions or concerns to Lisa Berman at 314-398-6839 or lisa.berman@sllis.org.

New Club SLLIS dates: Spring Break 2013

Due to requests by families, we will be running Club SLLIS during Spring break from March 25th through April 1st. We have never run Club SLLIS during a week-long break and will only be able to provide care if a minimum of 15 students are signed up. The registration form for all 6 days of Club SLLIS will go home in backpacks this week and are also available in the lobbies of each building.

You can sign up for any number of days and either with or without aftercare, just like typical Club SLLIS program days. We must have forms back by Wednesday, March 6th to determine if we have enough interest to provide care on each day.

If you have any questions, please contact Lisa Berman, Club SLLIS Coordinator, at lisa.berman@sllis.org or 314-398-6839.
